Those fruits and veggies are really marvelous for our health and eating plenty of these is a sure way to keep fit. My sister recently tried the 3 Day Military diet, which is a low carb diet that is very easy to follow. It has a set meal plans that also teaches you about calorie and portion control. I love how she is now drinking a lot of water and exercising with me! What a transformation indeed! She lost 7 pounds with the diet and is raring for more. We take regular walks and do our gym time together. See how this diet can change you for the better http://3daysmilitarydiet.com/faq/yogurt-military-diet.html
